Ready to rock ‘n’ roll all night? Legendary rock band KISS has announced its latest Australian tour.
The group – Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Eric Singer, and Tommy Thayer – will head down under this October for its 40th Anniversary/KISS 40 album tour.
The tour kicks off in Perth on October 3rd before heading to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and New Zealand, with tickets starting from $100.
“I’ve loved Australia since the very first time I visited. It is one of the greatest secrets on earth and probably better to keep it that way.” Mr. Stanley said.
“The food, wine and women are all extraordinary and everyone has always welcomed me and made me feel like it is home.”
The stage production will feature a 43,000kg-mechanized spider controlled by 38 computer winches including 220 automated lights, 900 pieces of pyrotechnics, and 400, 000 watts of sound.
The group recently finished its latest tour of Japan, coinciding with their hit collaboration single with Japanese all-girl ensemble Momoiro Clover Z, “Yumeno Ukiyoni Saitemina” (Samurai Son).
KISS has released 44 albums and sold 100 million records worldwide.
Tickets will go on sale on March 26th at 2:00pm from Ticketek.
