Whose Line Is It Anyway??

(Whose Live Anyway? 2018)

Popular cast members of the Emmy nominated comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway? Colin Mochrie, Brad Sherwood and Greg Proops are coming to Perth for their new show Whose Live Anyway? an evening of extraordinary improvisational comedy. The show is part of their national tour which will include a special performance at the Sydney Opera House at the AAMI Just For Laughs Festival.

The entire show is driven by audience participation. Using their quick wit, Mochrie, Sherwood and Proops will take contributions from the audience to create hilarious and original scenes, just like a live version of Whose Line? Throughout the evening, the show becomes truly interactive as audience members are called to the stage to add an extra element of the unexpected.

Colin Mochrie first appeared on the British version of Whose Line is it Anyway? in 1991.  His role on the American Whose Line? got off to a rocky start when ABC wanted to drop Mochrie because they thought the comedian looked too old. Thankfully, the show runners were smart enough to see that talent and creativity were more important than being ‘hip’ and the fans agreed, making Mochrie a popular mainstay on the American Whose Line? stage.

Brad Sherwood was a regular cast member on both the US and British versions of Whose Line Is It Anyway? His other credits include The Drew Carey Show, The Green Screen Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno LA Law, To Tell the Truth, The Newz, numerous appearances VH-1’s I Love The 80’s’ & 90’s, and guest hosting Talk Soup.

Greg Proops is widely known for his work as an improvisational comedian in both the UK and US versions of Whose Like Is It Anyway? having appearing in over 60 episodes.   He also performed on Drew Carey’s Green Screen Show and voiced the title character on the animated children’s show Bob The Builder for over four years. Greg’s latest book, The Smartest Man In The World is based on his award-seeking podcast of the same name.

After several years of prime-time exposure with the television series, Mochrie, Sherwood and Proops have solidified their fan base by touring with their hilarious live improv show of unique, spontaneous and hilarious comedy.
