RTRFM is launching their new spring music festival in Fremantle on Saturday October 13.
Ten of WA’s local talents will take to the stage at two of the city’s own venues, Fremantle’s newest live local music venue Rock Rover, and the newly revamped The Aardvark.
Rock Rover will be for the lovers of all things loud. Head there and become engrossed by the energetic and manic performance of Superego FKA POW Negro. Close your eyes and sway along to the laidback neo-soul of Shy Panther and mellow tracks of Mt. Mountain. Doctopus will perk you back up again with their gritty indie rock and you can bop along to the indie pop tunes of Figurehead.
A short trip down the road will bring you to The Aardvark where you can catch the glory that is Your Girl Pho and her electric neo-soul pop performance. Stick around to experience beats by popular new alt-hop neo-soul outfit Butter as they funk out onstage. Slow it down for the folk pop of Man Sandal and pick it back up again for the electro thrill ride of Zàn. Be blessed by the beautiful voice of song writing wonder Bri Clark and dance your night away.
From folk pop to neo-soul, the spring music festival is sure to have something to please everyone.
Presale tickets are $15 for RTRFM subscribes and $20 for the general public (plus BF) with limited door sales available on the night.
All ticket sales help to keep RTRFM on air and supporting local, independent music and arts.
