If you haven’t heard of these guys, you should definitely check them out. After putting their music into Triple J Unearthed, they won the slot to play St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, the alt-rockers gained massive attention following the release of their album Bleached. Labelled as “Young pioneers in the 90s rock revival” by Fasterlouder their new single, “Sylvia” is an original spin on their sound and a track that makes you tap along uncontrollably.

Heavily-laden with guitar that covers the mystifying vocals of lead singer, Bella, this track will transport you to a world of retro 70s aesthetics. This single truly shows the potential that is in store for this band and although they aren’t coming to Western Australia on their tour, you can still chuck them a listen on SoundCloud:
