Programming, Enneagrams and Archetypes. The program focuses on developing new neurological pathways, which allow individuals to develop different and effective behaviours. Once the program is complete women will have the opportunity to undertake education, business coaching and mentoring. They will also have an opportunity to put together a viable business plan to present to the Foundation’s Board of Directors who will endeavour to source funding opportunities.

Tenille believes this initiative will guide women’s focus onto something they feel passionate about as they prepare the leave the education centre:
