Iceland on film: Caspar Swindells

Caspar usually resides in London, but has joined us in Australia for a year. He enjoys taking photographs on decrepit cameras, arguing with me about Rousseau’s man in the state of nature, and his limited edition Bird lighter. He has seen more mullets in Perth than anywhere else in the world.

This particular series was shot on 120 film during week long road trip in Iceland (which preceded a two week long study on snails).

If you’d like to see more, Caspar is exhibiting a series of black and white works at The William Street Bird from the 10th of June.
